Testing phase
In the first weeks, your goal is to prove the product sells. You can sell COD without official invoices while measuring real demand. Don’t invest in legal incorporation before the product proves itself.
Formalization phase
Once viability is proven: get a NIF, RC and tax registration. Estimated incorporation cost: 25,000–50,000 DZD. It becomes necessary for official invoicing, scaling and formal suppliers.
