The big questions before you start
Do I need to install anything or have technical skills?
No. Mystoq runs in the browser — sign up, create your store and start selling in minutes.
When exactly do I pay?
Nothing before your first sale. After your first real order you have 30 days to activate a plan. Without a plan the store pauses and your data stays intact — no automatic charge, no surprises.
How does the direct Yalidine integration work?
You connect your account once. Each “Ship” click then creates the parcel at Yalidine with a PDF label, and its status updates automatically — on delivery the order becomes “paid”.
Do I need a NIF or a trade register to start?
Not for the trial or building your store. Some carriers require a verified account at activation — our team helps you set it up.
Does FakeShield rely only on my store’s data?
No — that is its strength. The score is built on every store on the network: a buyer who cancelled elsewhere is flagged at yours before you ship.
How does the cross-store TKAWEN wallet work?
A buyer earns credit at one merchant on the network and spends it at another, with a default cap of 30% of the order, adjustable from your dashboard.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Full CSV export of products, orders and customers at any time, no conditions, no fees.
Are there hidden fees or a sales commission?
